Welcome to Cecil County 4-H!

The Cecil County 4-H Youth Development Program offers opportunities for youth ages 5-18 to live, learn, grow and have fun! Opportunities include club meetings, project activities, contests, camps, fairs and more.

4-H is the youth development branch of the University of Maryland Extension. 4-H teaches youth life skills such as responsibility, decision making, communication, leadership and much more! 4-H'ers learn these life skill through hands-on education. Youth choose project areas of interest to learn these life skills.

This site will allow you to find out more about the program or help you to "Make the Best Better" as a 4-H member or volunteer.

Mission

The Maryland 4-H Youth Development Program provides a supportive and inclusive setting for all youth to reach their fullest potential in a diverse society.  Youth learn beneficial and cognitive life skills through community focused, research-based experiential education programs.
