Cecil County

Welcome to Cecil County!

We are located at the northeastern most part of Maryland, with the Mason-Dixon Line as our border to the north with Pennsylvania and Delaware to our east.  Our western border is defined by the Susquehanna River.  We have the northern most part of the Chesapeake Bay and it’s tributaries to our south.

We are mostly rural, with rolling hills, flatlands, some rugged hills to the north and west, and the Chesapeake Bay and it’s tributary shorelines to the south.
