Healthy living

Lower Shore Extension Family & Consumer Science educators offer research-based, practical information for consumers, community groups, and business audiences. These educational opportunities are open to everyone and have little or no fee to participate.

Family and Consumer Science programs include educational seminars, workshops, and technical assistance. Our educators are available to answer questions in the following areas:

  Physical Activity

  Food Safety and Food Preservation

  Food Supplement Nutrition Education (SNAP-Ed)
