A food safety plan is the example and the measure of a farm’s commitment to bringing quality fresh produce to their market. It is an accomplishment to be proud of. Part of that food safety plan is to communicate not only to employees, but also interns, visitors, volunteers, and anyone else who visits the farm of that commitment.
