We are part of the University of Maryland Extension (UME), a statewide, non-formal education system that provides research-based tools and education to Maryland residents. Our office is located in Easton, the Talbot County seat. Talbot County Extension provides unbiased, research-based education and solutions to the community through a broad range of outreach, including workshops, seminars, classes, clinics, consultations, and publications, within the program areas of 4-H Youth Development, Agriculture & Food Systems, Environment & Natural Resources, and Family & Consumer Sciences.
