4-H CHICKS IN THE CLASSROOM
Every Spring, Cecil County Public School (CCPS) Kindergarten and 7th grade classrooms participate in this Cecil County 4-H program, where students learn about chick development and watch chick hatching.
CATERPILLARS IN THE CLASSROOM
Every Fall (September/October), CCPS 2nd grade classrooms participate in this Cecil County 4-H program, where students explore the life cycle of a Painted Lady Butterfly and investigate and report on the phenomenon of migrating butterflies in their search for a habitat!
