Stress management

This three-part Stress Management Series provides information on dealing with stress and offers tools to manage the effects of stressors in our daily lives. Each session is designed to complement and build on the previous sessions, and participants are encouraged to sign up for all three. 

The Stress Management Series is taught by Alex Chan, Dhruti Patel and Lisa McCoy, and is co-sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Maryland).
