Maryland's SNAP-Ed Program contributed to significant statewide health impacts, including individual behavior changes and environmental improvements. The annual report highlights the accomplishments of SNAP-Ed programming over each fiscal year. This report highlights statewide youth and adult nutrition education programs targeting low-income audiences throughout the program year. Program intervention data included in this report highlights the reach and impacts of nutrition education interventions that target individual, interpersonal and environmental-level factors associated with nutrition and health. These multilevel interventions promote food access and food security, as well as healthy eating and physical activity behaviors among youth and adult participants. FY26 is the final Annual Report for the program after its funding elimination in HR1.
