Rise and Shine Cobbler

Ingredients:

1 (15-ounce) can sliced peaches in 100% juice, drained
1 (15-ounce) can pears in 100% juice, drained and sliced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup low-fat granola or other crunchy, whole grain cereal

Directions:

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix peaches, pears, and vanilla.
  2. Top with granola or other crunchy, whole-grain cereal.
  3. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Spoon into bowls and serve warm.
