Bravo Bean Salad

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

1 can (15 ounces) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 celery stalk, washed and diced
1 red bell pepper, washed and diced
½ red onion, washed and diced
½ cup of light ranch dressing
Baked tortilla chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Pour the beans into a strainer and rinse.
  2.  Dice onion, pepper, and celery stalk.
  3.  In a large bowl, combine beans and vegetables.
  4.  Stir in ½ cup of light ranch dressing.
  5.  Enjoy!
