News & Notes Newsletters

If you are a 4‑H member and would like to submit a report about an event or activity for the next News & Notes newsletter, please follow these guidelines.

• Give your article a title.
• Keep it under 300 words.
• You may send photos for us to use, but we can only select one. Action shots are especially helpful.
• Remember the five W’s and H: who, what, where, when, why, and how.
• Keep your writing short and clear.
• Submit your article before the deadline for News & Notes. The deadline is usually listed at the end of the most recent issue.
• Email your article to ahamann@umd.edu
