Height: 1 - 2 feet

Blooms: small, greenish-white flowers appear on stalks above the foliage in late spring; long bloom period; remove stalks once flowers fade to encourage additional blooms
Sun: part sun to full shade; performs better with afternoon shade, especially in drier soils
Soil: dry to moist well-drained soils or rocky slopes

Garden use & maintenance: an excellent, low-maintenance plant grown for its semi-evergreen to evergreen foliage; foliage coloration varies; can tolerate dry conditions; clumps can be divided every 3-4 years
