The Maryland Grape Grower Association leadership organized a group of members to pursue ways of promoting sustainable viticulture practices, especially for Maryland wine grape growers. It was decided that the best way to reach that goal was to adapt the New York Guide to Sustainable Viticulture Practice for use in Maryland.
The MGGA hopes that this workbook will provide information, and resources to aid Maryland’s wine grape growers to farm in a sustainable manner. MGGA encourages all wine grape growers to make use of the information supplied here to become better stewards of our land and the Chesapeake Bay.
