1 can unsalted whole-kernel corn, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 medium red onion
1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/8 cup lime juice
Baked tortilla chips

 

Directions:

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Served with baked tortilla chips.
