Ramen Noodle Skillet

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 carrot, sliced into small pieces
1 (15 ounce bag) broccoli stir-fry vegetable mixture
1 can (12.5 ounces) canned chicken
1 package instant ramen noodles, beef flavored
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup water

Directions:

1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
2. Add onion and carrots. Cook until soft.
3. Add the broccoli mixture and canned chicken to the skillet. Stir and heat about 1-2 minutes.
4. Mix the noodle seasoning mix, garlic powder and ground ginger. with the water. Stir into the skillet.
5. Break apart the ramen noodles. Add to the skillet once the water simmers.
6. Stir to moisten the noodles.
7. Cover and cook until done, about 5-7 minutes or until soft.
