PBJ Energy Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen strawberries or other frozen berries
1 banana, peeled and frozen
3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup 100% apple or orange juice
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons peanut butter, sun butter, soy-nut butter, or almond butter

 

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
