Chicken Power Wrap

Ingredients:

4 Whole wheat tortillas
8 Tablespoons hummus 
1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked (may use leftover rotisserie chicken or use canned chicken)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cup baby spinach, washed

Directions:

  1. Spread each tortilla with 2 Tablespoons of hummus. 
  2. Layer each tortilla with even amounts of chicken, tomatoes, and spinach.
  3. Roll up the tortillas.
