Presented by the University of Maryland Extension, the inaugural Mid-Atlantic Meat Summit is a two-day conference bringing together meat industry professionals, practitioners, and stakeholders to strengthen the region’s local meat value chain and explore the future of livestock and meat production, food safety, marketing, and sustainability in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region.
