Thinking about coming to camp? You're in the right place. Along with Maryland 4-H Camps, Maryland 4-H Environmental Education and Camping Center is perfect for homeschool, faith-based groups, charter school, retreats for university students, private schools, or anyone looking for adventures in the outdoors.

Our camp is the perfect place for your youth to unplug and reconnect. Our property is an outdoor lovers dream, with a large lake, challenge course, hiking trails, archery and shooting sports range, and sports fields. Worry not, our modern amenities include fully appointed bath houses, a commercial grade kitchen, and Wi-Fi throughout the camp (for adult staff), so your youth won't miss the comforts of home.

Facilities Maintenance

During your stay, we offer the service of our two full-time maintenance staff. These individuals are available on-site 9-5, and on-call 24 hours a day.

Available through this service you get daily trash removal, water testing, replenishment of supplies and firewood, and prompt response to maintenance requests.

Food Service

Your reservation includes the option of kitchen staff serving three meals daily and an evening snack. Our kitchen staff is trained and ready to accommodate any special dietary requests. 

We offer a flexible menu to meet your group's preferences.

Security

For your safety, we offer the option to limit outside traffic by closing our two entrance gates.

The camp is located on the interior of our large, 1000+ acre property, assuring your privacy and security during your stay.
