Hello, Baltimore County! 

The mission of the Baltimore County Master Gardeners is to educate Maryland residents about safe, effective, sustainable horticultural practices that build healthy gardens, landscapes, and communities. 

If you are interested in becoming a Master Gardener, applications are being accepted NOW for the next training class. Information is on this webpage and the deadline to apply is October 1, 2026.

Garden Seminars

Dates, Topics & Registration

Master Gardener seminars are held on Saturdays from 10 am to 11 am in the Demonstration Gardens. 

The gardens are located on the property of the Maryland Center for Agriculture and Farm Park, 1114 Shawan Road, Cockeysville, Maryland 21030. There is no charge to attend, but please register!

The Demonstration Gardens of the Baltimore County Master Gardeners are located on the grounds of the Center for Maryland Agriculture and Farm Park, 1114 Shawan Road, Cockeysville, Maryland 21030.

Open sunup to sundown, and admission is free! Take some time out of your busy life to visit this amazing space. Any questions about the gardens, please call 410-887-8090.

Bay-Wise Program

Every Marylander lives within a watershed and has a role to play in caring for the land, water, air, wildlife, and each other. Every action we take, every small positive change we make to improve water quality, soil health, and habitat counts in a big way.

Speakers' Bureau

Baltimore County Master Gardeners are available to speak on a variety of topics to your garden club, church, business, or community organization.
