Annie's Project course focuses on the many aspects of farm management and are designed to empower women in overall farm decision-making and to build local networks throughout the state. The target audience is farm-women and women involved in agriculture with a passion for business, agriculture, and involvement in farm operations. Topics for the sessions cover the five areas of Risk Management - Production, Marketing, Financial, Legal Risk, Human Resources. Annie's Project course is open to anyone interested in farm management practices and is approved for USDA FSA borrower training.
2025 Annie's Project Course
This course is a discussion-based workshop bringing women together to learn from experts in production, financial management, human resources, marketing, and the legal field.
There is plenty of time for questions, sharing, reacting, and connecting with your presenters and fellow participants. It's a relaxed, fun and dynamic way to learn, grow and meet other women in agriculture.

Description: Annie’s project is designed to empower women in agriculture to manage information and learn about agriculture in a relaxed local network. The target audience is women with a passion for agriculture. Annie's Project is a six-week course designed especially for women to help them develop their management and decision-making skills. Annie’s Project will help develop an understanding, interpretation, and opportunities in agriculture.

Annie’s Project is approved for USDA FSA Borrower training. BORROWER TRAINING CAN ONLY BE DONE FOLLOWING THE APPROVAL OF AN FSA LOAN. It is not a prerequisite to getting the loan. This includes classroom time and a workbook that will need to be completed. There is an additional $100 charge for the FSA portion.
