You don’t have to be an expert; we'll show you the way! The Watershed Stewards Academy is a great opportunity to learn how to solve water quality problems in your community and join a local network of energized leaders.

Cecil County Steward Application

You may submit your completed Cecil County Application to Eric Buehl at ebuehl@umd.edu.

References

Please ask two (2) references to complete the Cecil County Reference Form on your behalf and send the form directly to Eric Buehl at ebuehl@umd.edu as soon as possible.

Tuition Information

The tuition cost for the Cecil County WSA certification course is $150. Please do not send tuition with application. Payment will be due upon acceptance to the program. A limited number of scholarships are available. Contact Eric Buehl at ebuehl@umd.edu for more information.
