Baked Apples and Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Peel and slice sweet potatoes and apples.
- Spray a large baking dish with vegetable oil spray.
- Combine sweet potatoes, apples, pineapple, and brown sugar in baking pan. Add a small amount of pineapple juice if additional liquid is needed.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
