Your Howard County office of the University of Maryland Extension is supported by funding from the Howard County Government, the University of Maryland, and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). . . a three way partnership that has worked in Howard County for over 80 years, reaching out to assist thousands of Howard County citizens.
