Welcome to the University of Maryland Extension (UME) of Caroline County. We strive to deliver “Solutions in your community” by providing educational programs and problem-solving assistance based on the research and experience of land grant universities on agricultural production, natural resources, food safety, nutrition and healthy lifestyles, youth development, volunteer development and agricultural nutrient management. This is accomplished via consultations, fact sheets, community 4-H clubs and programs for youth, workshops, courses, and newsletters.
University of Maryland Extension programs are open to all persons and will not discriminate against anyone because of race, age, sex, color, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, religion, ancestry, or national origin, marital status, genetic information, or political affiliation, or gender identity and expression. If you need special assistance to participate in Extension programs please contact our office prior to the program.
