Extension Academy (onboarding)

We recognize that when new individuals join our organization, they have a different need than an individual already familiar with the organization. We established an “Extension Academy” in 2022, in which we form cohorts of new educators from across all programmatic areas, give them a competency assessment test, and provide them a series of trainings for a semester on different topics. At the end of the series, we provide them with a graduation certificate of participation
