½ cup raisins
½ cup carrots, washed and grated
½ cup shredded coconut

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large saucepan, add the honey and peanut butter. Cook on low heat until melted.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Add oatmeal, raisins, carrots, and coconut to the saucepan and stir.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Put the mixture in a greased 13x9 baking pan and press firmly with the back of a mixing spoon.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool.
- Cut into 24 bars with a sharp knife.
