About the Program

This immersive and interactive program provides scientific knowledge of how habits form can be changed using practical, relevant, and personalized strategies for lasting behavior change.

The program can be delivered in an in-depth version (three hours) or an abbreviated version (under 90 minutes). The program can also be delivered for professional roundtables, keynote, panels, and other media segments. As part of the learning experience, each participant will receive a workbook. The workbook allows introspection, reflection, group brainstorming, and planning of habit change while learning each strategy. At the end of the program, you will leave with a personalized plan of strategies for your selected habit based on educators' guidance, personal reflections, and peer discussions.

Who is This Program For?

Adults

The program is open to all adults over 18 in various community settings, such as worksite wellness initiatives, school professionals, and non-profits. 

For Trainers

We provide in-depth curriculum training (up to 4 hours) to educators and professionals within the field to implement this program. The training includes theoretical knowledge, teaching strategies, all associated materials and evaluation, consulting for building programs, co-teaching opportunities, and guidance for trainers.
