Admin Assistant I
This full-time position will support the Master Gardener, Agriculture Food Systems, and Family Consumer Science programs.
Provides moderately complex program administrative, and clerical support to assigned faculty. Work requires thorough knowledge of the organization and programs as assigned and involves moderate participation in the work of the supervisor and staff. Incumbents have responsibility for office operations and function independently where procedures have been established.

Admin Assistant II
This fiscal administrative part-time (24hrs/week) position reports to the UMD Extension Area Extension Director.
This position provides administrative support to the Area Extension Director in the areas of budget, account management, and fiscal processing – as well as communication with faculty, and county officials.

New Updates to the Nutrient Management Program
University of Maryland Extension (UME) has launched an enhanced nutrient management planning process designed to adapt to modern farming practices and operations that better align with Maryland's agricultural regulations and environmental goals. Moving forward, UME will now administer and coordinate statewide nutrient management planning following the finalization of the agreement between the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (AGNR) and the Maryland Department of Agriculture.
