You've worked long and hard to launch your specialty food business. Folks love the product and you're picking up more sales every month and even have a major retail chain interested in test marking your product in several of their stores.  But you could lose your business, possibly your other tangible assets, and even your good name if you don't cover the five big areas of risks for Food Entrepreneurs.
