Divorce and Farming

Given that nearly half of all U.S. marriages end in divorce, farmers need to be prepared to weather the storm and protect their property and assets.  Listen to hear about the legal parameters of property ownership and divorce in Maryland and what strategies can be used to keep farms in the family despite divorce.
