* Agriculture LawThis pre-conference will touch upon a host of legal issues impacting agriculture.  This pre-conference will cover legal risk management issues ranging from use of liability waivers and other strategies to manage risks for farm businesses, such as agritourism operations.  Estate planning is an important topic to many farm families, how to pass a farm business on to the next generation and the tools and strategies that exist to allow for that.  Finally, this session will hit about right-to-farm laws and a few general legal issues that impact agriculture.  Participants will have the opportunity to question a wide range of legal specialists working with the Agriculture Law Education Initiative.
