Horse Show Fundraiser

Wicomico County 4-H Annual Fundraiser Event

The Salisbury Horse Show at Winterplace - May 18, 2019

Fundraiser Letter

The 4-H Horse Show is an annual event and fundraiser for the Wicomico County 4-H Program. Funds raised go to support Wicomico County needs such as scholarships for members, fair ribbons, volunteer trainings, and awards program materials. We would appreciate your help with this fundraiser by selling advertisements for local business.  These advertisements will be put in a “Horse Show Book”, available to the public and participants at the Horse Show.

We’re hoping every 4-Her can sell at least one ad. Selling an ad can help you learn important public speaking and self-confidence skills.

As an incentive, 25% of the money you raise will be returned to your club.  The club raising the most money will receive an additional $100.  The 4-H member/family that raises the most money will win $50.

How do I collect the Ads and Money: Included with this letter is the Informational Letter for the Business and the Ad Order Form. This will be helpful for marketing our efforts.

NEW this year!! Ads are to be submitted digitally via an online form found at

All funds collected must be in check form and made out to Wicomico EAC.

Submissions can still be turned in directly to the office or mailed as well, as business cards and paper artwork. Please submit ads to Mrs. Diane Timmons at the Wicomico Office as soon as you collect them.

Ad types: There are three different ad types you can sell (half page ads, whole page ads, 5 line messages) each size is explained on the order form.

Deadline for ads to be submitted to the office or online is May 10.

If you need additional paper copies of the fundraising information please contact Diane Timmons 410-749-6141 or
