The Charles County Government and University of Maryland Extension are pleased to offer a workshops on the practical uses for rain barrels and how they reduce the impact of runoff on our local waterways and Chesapeake Bay.

PLACE: Waldorf Senior & Recreation Center, 90 Post Office Rd. Waldorf, MD 20602
Participants will have the opportunity to pre-purchase rain barrels and learn the technique for later installation at home.
Two workshops are available on each date at 9 am and 10:30 am. Workshops are 45 minutes in length. Pre-registration is recommended. Mail in registrations must be received by the posted closing date to ensure registration/barrel purchase.
