Making a Smart Choice for Health Insurance

Dr. Bonnie Braun of University of Maryland Extension will conduct a webinar on September 26, 2013. This 60-minute webinar is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. CDT.

This webinar will introduce you to the work of a multi-state effort related to health insurance literacy. The Health Insurance Literacy Initiative (HILI) has developed a curriculum "Smart Choice for Health Insurance". The webinar will introduce the theoretical and research framework related to the curriculum, results from pilot tests, and a sample exercise using the curriculum.
