The LEAD Maryland Foundation's Annual Meeting will be held with the Regular Quarterly Board Meeting to immeidately follow.  Director elections will take place during the Annual Meeting, and officer elections will take place at the Regular Meeting.  The board will also complete normal board business. The Zoom session opens at 12:45 and the Annual Meeting will be called to order at 1:00 p.m.
