The Maryland 4-H Volunteer Needs Assessment is an IRB approved research study IRBNet Package # 1227441-1. It was created to identify the volunteer development needs of Certified UME 4-H Volunteers based on the domains and competencies of the Volunteer Research and Knowledge Competency Taxonomy. Results from the study can be used to organize and deliver professional development opportunities for individuals to help them in their volunteer roles as well as their personal and professional lives.
