Keeping Maintained

Investing in up to date appliances and safety features is a good start to keeping your home maintained.  Making sure everything is working can protect you from moisture and pest problems, structural damage, and spending extra time and money on repairs that could have been prevented.

Quick tips to keep your home maintained:

    1. Check your home for "curb appeal"
    2. Clean gutters and downspouts
    3. Change the air filters and Inspect heating and cooling system
    4. Inspect septic system and pump if needed
    5. Replace the batteries in your smoke detectors
