CEU Information

AFCPE: requires that each individual manages their own CEUs.  Important: If you want to include these CEUs for the 2020-2021 reporting period, you must report them after June 2020. If you want to have these CEUs to be included in the 2019-2020 reporting period, you can report them now.

Below are instructions to manage your CEUs for AFCPE.

Option 1: Click on this link: https://my.afcpe.org/ceus/individual/new

  1. Fill out form. This year, you will not receive a certificate. You will input this completion code phrase, "ExtSeminar2020". This is the very first question on the AFCPE application. You are requesting 7.5 CEUs. You will find the agenda/program below.

Option 2:

  1. Login at https://my.afcpe.org
  2. Click "Certification and Training"
  3. Click "AFC"
  4. Click "Add CEU"  (blue button)
  5. Fill out form. This year, you will not receive a certificate. You will input this completion code phrase, "ExtSeminar2020". This is the very first question on the AFCPE application. You are requesting 7.5 CEUs. You will find the agenda/program below.

AFCPE® Discount Codes: 

All PFS 2020 conference registrants will receive discount codes for $25 off 2020 AFCPE® Professional or Candidate Membership and $50 off AFC® (Accredited Financial Counselor) certification registration for 2020!

Social Work: If you requested a Social Work CEU, you should have received an email with your certificate attched.If you haven't received a certificate please contact Jesse Ketterman at jketterm@umd.edu
