Metompkin Seafood is located in Crisfield, home of some of the earliest and largest of Maryland’s oyster companies. The company is the largest in the state and has multiple generations of the Todd family operating it. They produced both crabmeat, soft crab and oyster products and have recently obtained large lease tracts and developed a setting operation to support a high volume, remote setting based oyster business.
