Soil Health is a topic of growing concern that addresses many aspects of modern agricultural systems, from productivity and yield to water quality and carbon sequestration. After an in-depth needs analysis, Soil Health was chosen as the focal topic for a new three-year professional development program, sponsored by USDA Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) and University of Maryland Extension. This webinar is the official kick-off event for this program.
