A few highlights of the Food Day fair include:
 Local farmers - come purchase local produce and try some free samples!

  • SNAP/WIC benefits - be educated on where and what farmers markets are around Baltimore City accept SNAP/WIC benefits. Participants will also learn about ways to create healthier meals using these benefits.
  • Cooking demo - watch a cooking demo using locally sourced produce and even receive a free sample to try too!
  • UMMC Dietitians - learn about ways to eat more healthfully and ask the dietitians questions regarding diet and nutrition.
