2013 State 4-H Fashion Revue

Fox 45 interviews 4-Hers prior to the 2013 State 4-H Fashion Revue.

Revue held on stage at the Maryland State Fair.  All participants spent a busy day from 9:30 a.m. till show time at 4 p.m. that afternoon.  JoAnn Kelley and Jennifer Quinn directed the thirteen year old activity.  Emily Buckley, Bryce Cotterino, Emily Frank, Gwendolyn Guthrie, Maura Hess, Sarah Ortt, Abigail Stevens and Rebecca Wallace had the opportunity to meet the judges and model their garments as first time participants, but in stead of being judged they put their buttons in order - decorating ornaments, next year they are encouraged to participate as county representatives with a constructed or ready to wear garment!

In the Ready to Wear category garments are carefully selected by the 4-Hers for fit, style, use, and value.  The judges evaluated the garment on the model based on it's appropriateness and fit.  Awards were announced at the conclusion of the show.  Dresses:  Champion - Courtney Rein - Howard County, Reserve Champion - Grace Kelly - Kent County.  Separates Champion - Maddison Cotterina - Carroll County.
