VOLUNTEER WITH 4-H!

If you would like to volunteer with Montgomery County 4-H clubs, please contact Alganesh Piechocinski, 301 590 2804, algapie@umd.edu. You will need to complete the Volunteer Application (pdf), which must include three references with knowledge of your character and skills. 

These are the club volunteer positions you may apply for:

Project Leader – guide 4-H project groups to help 4-H’ers develop knowledge and skills appropriate to their ages and interests.

Activity Leader – coordinate educational events such as tours, community service projects, fundraising activities, and social events.

Organizational Leader – manage the overall functioning of the club; coordinate the efforts of other leaders, parents, and 4-H’ers; and act as liaison between the club and the Montgomery County 4-H Office. You must form a new club in order to take this position.
