Ask A Master Gardener

Ask a Master Gardener-Plant Clinics is a program where Master Gardener volunteers, in conjunction with the University of Maryland Extension, provide information to home gardeners at the county libraries and other events throughout the county.

  • Master Gardeners look at samples of ailing plants to make diagnosis, give recommendations, answer questions, and provide printed information on a variety of gardening subjects.

  • Ask a Master Gardener library plant clinics are conducted from April through September.  See library dates and locations below for full details.

Until the libraries are fully re-opened, in person clinics are suspended.  Several Virtual Ask a Master Gardener Clinics are now scheduled.  Registration opens one week before the event and closes one business day before. Please register (required) by visiting the link below.
