4-H Livestock Skillathon

Whether you carry a livestock project or not, Livestock Skillathon is a great way to work with other 4-H’ers and learn information about livestock.  Practices are being conducted weekly and will start at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. The practice schedule is below and please note it is a tentative schedule and can potentially change

2020 4-H Livestock Skillathon Practice Schedule

  • Wednesday, January 15th-Location:  4-H Activities Building at the Howard County Fairgrounds
  • Wednesday, January 22nd-Lodation:  Howard County Fairgrounds Dining Hall
  • Wednesday, January 29th-Location:  Howard County Fairgrounds Dining Hall
  • Wednesday, February 5th-Location:  Howard County Fairgrounds Dining Hall
  • Wednesday, February 12th-Location: 4-H Activities Building at the Howard County Fairgrounds
  • Monday, February 17th-Location:  Mt. Airy Locker
  • Tuesday, February 18th-Location:  Carroll County Extension Office
  • Wednesday, February 26th-Location:  4-H Activities Building at the Howard County Fairgrounds

The State 4-H Livestock Skillathon Contest will be held on Saturday, February 29th at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds.

Please note this schedule is subject to change based on weather and scheduling conflicts.
