Leasing Programs

There are state-wide leasing programs that have been established to provide youth opportunities to work with and show animals without a requirement of owning them.  Youth can lease animals that are either breeding animals such as: beef, dairy, sheep, swine, goats or performance animals such as horses, dogs, llamas, alpacas, and pack goats.  Animal Lease forms are due to the Howard County Extension Office by June 1st.
