FSNE Outcome Reports

Maryland's Food Supplement Nutrition Education (FSNE) Program contributes to significant statewide health impacts, including individual behavior changes and environmental improvements. The FY19 annual report highlights the accomplishments of FSNE programming over the past year. This report highlights statewide youth and adult nutrition education programs targeting low-income audiences during FY19.  Program intervention data included in this report highlights the reach and impacts of nutrition education interventions that target individual, interpersonal and environmental-level factors associated with nutrition and health. These multilevel interventions promote food access and food security, as well as healthy eating and physical activity behaviors among youth and adult participants.
