STEM and Environmental Science Program

The projects and programs of our Environmental Science Core Subject Area include Applied Mechanics, Environmental Sciences and Natural Resources, and Plant Sciences. Through projects in these areas, youth will demonstrate practical applications of science to daily life and explore the natural environment.

Frederick County 4-H Members enjoy programs like Horticulture Judging, Entomology, Robotics, and Shooting Sports.  Adventures in Science allow 4-H Members to explore many areas of scientific study.
