4HOnline - Join 4-H Now!

Thank you for your interest in Frederick County 4-H!  Our program is growing and changing and currently has over 500 4-H youth members and over 300 trained adult volunteers; we are very active in the community and offer many opportunities to learn new skills.

To enroll in the 4HOnline system you need to be attending a 4-H club and have a project.  If you are not a member of a club please go to our clubs page to see where our clubs are located.  Each club has a webpage with meeting dates and times and also the Club Leader's contact information.

  • 4-H Online works best the following internet browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. The program is NOT compatible with Internet Explorer or Edge. 4-H Online is mobile-device friendly. If you are unable to access compatible browsers, please contact the 4-H office at the contact information below and we are happy to set a time for you to come in so we may assist you.
  • If there is a problem with your enrollment we will send it back with a comment explaining what needs to be changed or updated so we can confirm the enrollment.
  • The $10.00 4-H State Membership Dues will post to your account once we confirm your enrollment.
  • A member MUST be enrolled by May 1st in order to be eligible to show through 4-H at Maryland State Fair and/or The Great Frederick Fair.

If you are ready to enroll as a first time member and know the club you would like to enroll in, or are a returning member, please go to this link for information on how to enroll:
